The Mechanicsville location has the best customer service ever. They made me feel that I have been coming to them for years. From the time I walked in LeAnn greeted me with a smile on her face. All the nurses and doctors were excellent. I really enjoyed.Tracey. I recommend this location if you want great service
A "pain free" experience 😄
0 stars for wait time. They ask you to be there 45 minutes before your appointment, but you wait a 1.25 hours to be taken back and 1.75 hours more for the actual procedure. They are disorganized and forget about patients behind the curtains. Dr and procedure are fine, but no patient should have to wait that long. I wasn't even offered water after the procedure. That was pure torture.
Doctors who gaslight patients about known side effects of certain drugs. Blatant incompetency & laziness in support staff. And oh, this office seems to believe you can be racist against white people. Calling a white person white is just... Truth. If you're a poc, you might REALLY want to steer clear of this particular office.
