Ron Bagby, the parts guy, went above and beyond to help me even though I hadn't purchased the accessory nor vehicle from Richmond Ford.
Everyone there has bent over backwards to help me find the perfect vehicle and, more importantly, work out a comfortable way to pay for it.
Picked up our vehicle and returned a loaner.
I like to say right off that my experience at Richmond Ford West has always been nothing but satisfactory. The people in the Service Department are always professional and courteous. I have dealt with Will when bringing my vehicle in for service. He always keeps me informed of the progress of my service either through text or a call. I could take my vehicle to a closer Ford Dealership, I actually live 2 miles from one dealership but my experience and the work they have done has always been top notch so why go anywhere else. ... read more
