I had bought a 2020 **** Escape Titanium brand new. The *** system in the car continued to give me a warning light for service. Once within 6 months of buying the car. Then in the later part of 2022 I had the car in for service 3 times in 5 months. I should have filed a lemon complaint. **** knew this was an issue with the Escape which was documented but no recall was ever implemented. I bought my **** **** *****in 2015 brand new and it has been a horrible car from the beginning, but what is even worse is the customer service within **** ***** *******. I feel as if I am handed off to other employees because people at the time don’t feel like my issues and or concerns are not important. I bought a 2008 used Jeep for my 16 year old son in April 2020. It has only been driven maybe 100 miles since then and I had to have it towed in May. Needed a new starter now it needs a new transfer case to the tune of $950. When it was towed the driver said did you know this thing has a brand spanking new muffler... nope didn’t know. It’s 90 degrees and I’m waiting outside my car for a service advisor to come and take my car for my oil change that was scheduled at 12:30. It’s HOT AS HELL. Completely unacceptable
Improve your service department by 300%. I've never had to wait 3 1/2 hours for an oil change!
