Used to be excellent but has gone shockingly downhill in last year or so. They've gone from a place with great programs where participants were listened to and respected and could have their needs accommodated as much as possible to basically now you get what you're given and you can like it or go away. Ironically (or not) they now seem to devote more time and money on the architecture for formally 'consulting' people and publicising how well they are apparently doing (in nice photos etc).
