I’m very disappointed with the service I received at the clinic today. After waiting more than a week to get an appointment with my GP to discuss my back injury and CT scan results, I was finally given a 1:40pm slot. I arrived early and let the receptionist know that I had another appointment and would need to leave by 3pm, and she assured me this would be fine. I’d have giving this clinic 0 star if I could. Both doctors never respect customer’s times. Always delayed for 1.5h plus with booking. Please treat your customers with respect and not waste their times waiting.
Dr Huy is lovely. He really cares.
