The entire team at Richmond Eye Experts takes your eye health very seriously but in such a cheerful way. My family history has had a lot of big eye issues in the past and Dr. Chettiparampil is never dismissive of my concerns, she is proactive without being an alarmist. Her front end staff works together well to make sure that you're taken care of. I trust them with my whole family!
My first visit was a 5 star service. Dr. Sales was very detailed in checking my eyes and made me aware of the different options available to me. Maddie and Katrina also did a great job. Very happy I decided to come here for my eye care and contact lenses need. Thank you all.

Have been coming to Richmond Eye Experts for a couple of years and have enjoyed the experience with Dr. Jordan’s Chettiparampil and her staff. Today, I came in to purchase another pair of glasses and sunglasses before the end of the year and Katrina was able to help me choose the best frames and options that suit me.
