My grandma lived here years ago. I have been trying to call to check on my application that I put in a few weeks ago and no one is answering the phone.
I live there for about a year and the manager was great. The apartments were well kept just a little outdated.
Do not go to this complex. MC&W is a predatory low income property management company. USDA Rural housing is aware of them, yet, to date Ray County and USDA have not curtailed MC&W's failure to provide proper extermination (bed bugs in 4 of six buildings, roaches due to dumpsters within 100 feet of doors) maintenance (only one building has handicapped access parking, improper lighting, sidewalks and steps impassable due to poor property drainage, lack of air conditioners, lack of window seals, lack of properly locking window... read more
