Everyone at the office is very friendly. Dr Thomas is very kind and patient. He explained everything so it was easy to understand and he was very gentle with his treatment. Would absolutely recommend this office to anybody!
Upon entering Richmond ENT I was immediately greeted by the front desk staff in a friendly, welcoming manner and was registered with no wait time. I was called back for my appointment on time and was quickly seen by my doctor. The visit was prompt and thorough. Becky and Carleigh provided excellent care and met all of my needs today.
Wonderful experience! Checking in was super easy and the lady was super sweet! Place was super clean the people were so kind! Once We met with the actual doctor he was able to answer all my questions! He went into detail about every question i had and took the time to explain to me what each thing meant! 10/10
