Wonderful experience! Checking in was super easy and the lady was super sweet! Place was super clean the people were so kind! Once We met with the actual doctor he was able to answer all my questions! He went into detail about every question i had and took the time to explain to me what each thing meant! 10/10
Absolutely love Richmond ENT and Dr. Thomas! I saw him after my PCP recommend me to him. I found out I had a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. Dr. Thomas took as much time as needed to talk me through exactly how the surgery would go and how the aftercare would be. Everything went exactly as he described. I’m two weeks post-op and feeling SO good. I’m so grateful for Dr. Thomas, I am sleeping so much better and I can breathe so much better than before!
