We switched to Richmond Elite Performance after a year with another trainer, and the difference has been night and day. They are much more detailed in their approach and it feels like a real one-on-one training experience rather than just a workout. My son absolutely loves going here! REP is truly the best gym! The coaches go above and beyond everyday. They have created an atmosphere that is motivating and supportive. They push me and the other athletes to reach our full potential, but also genuinely care about each persons growth in and out of sports.
