Run far far away from This place. Dr. Gross ruined my skin irrevocably and I have been fighting to get it back to normal ever since I have been treated by her and her staff. They are aloof, uncaring and uninformed. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Unless you enjoy waiting for over an hour (after your scheduled appt time) find another dermatologist. They will also always tell you "sorry Dr. >insert whoever you're seeing here< got backed up today". The doctors are ok.
I'm sorry to say that my husband had a very poor experience with this office. I referred him here because of a good experience with Dr. Edward Kitces in the past. Not sure what has happened to the practice but my husband reported being herded like cattle through the office. The interaction between staff was fairly cold and rehearsed. After waiting to see the doctor an hour and 45 minutes on his last visit, he left. He received a survey in his email which he completed and to which he hoped they would respond. NOTHING. From my perspective, Dr, Ed is the best there is. I have very sensitive skin and he works with me to see that no farther damage is done. If yyou want the best in skin treatment, go here.
Dr. Gross and her nurse Lauren are amazing! I can't say enough positive things about them and the office. I only wish I had found them sooner!
