RecommendedQuick and easy - in and out. Doctors and staff patient with questions. A really good experience. Couldn’t believe I didn’t have to pay my co-pay until “after” the visit.
RecommendedDr.Peck is a great Dermatologist, very knowledgeable and very experienced. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a Dermatologist. She’s first class all the way , with a very professional staff .
RecommendedOk. This visit was the fastest I have ever experienced anywhere. I was calked back within 5 minutes of arrival. Doc came unto room with in 5 minutes. The only snafu is check in and check out are at the same location so it can get confusing. They started letting patients know which space to go to to check in or out.

I live in Reedville VA which is 2 hours travel to Richmond Dermatolgy. Today, I drove to my 10:40 AM appointment and arrived at 10:57 AM. When checking in to see Dr Suzanne Peck with the receptionist, she informed me that I was too late and would have to reschedule to another day in the next few weeks. This is Rediculous and I was shocked and angry. I refused to pay their $35 penalty for not canceling 24 hrs in advance and she agreed to waive that charge.
