BD Dental is probably the best dentist I have ever been too!! They are so friendly and welcoming. All the staff make you feel comfortable and at home by making sure you are thoroughly entertained with your choice of movie or tv show. The office is always neat, clean, and temperature friendly! Makes me want to come to the dentist all the time LOL!
I'm was so impressed with Dr. Mai's knowledge but best of all I loved that Dr. Mai took the time to explain everything in detail. The staff are super friendly and the ambiance was relaxing. Best dental visit I've ever experienced in my life! I highly recommend Richmond Dental.
My experience at Richmond Dental, overall was a really great experience. I am a person who is really terrified of the dentist but the staff here made me feel as comfortable and at ease as possible!! The experience that i had at richmond dental was great. Walking in the office immediately i felt relaxed, and it was spotless being they was busy earlier that day. The office has Soothing colors all around the building. Once i went to the back which i didn't have wait long at all was a A+. Dr. Mai Nguyen was very friendly and so was her staff Jose. My day started bad, with me at home in pain, but things turned around pretty quickly. I needed a root canal, and I called Dr. Nguyen first thing in the morning. She said she could see me in just a few hours. When I got to the Westchase location of Dr. Nguyen's practice, the staff got me set up really quickly; I was in the chair before my appointment time. Went in today for the first time and I must say it was a great decision. Got a last minute appointment and if you've ever experienced the pain from an infected tooth, you'll understand the joy that I had. The doctor and staff were very knowledgeable and thorough. I've already scheduled a follow up. Definitely a recommendation for anyone in need of a friendly dental office.
For the very first time in a long time I can say I am extremely pleased with new dentist and the service I received at Richmond Dental. the Staff from the moment I step in greeted me and made we feel welcome. The service I received was exceptional being going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do, however I was pleased and totally satisfied with the service I received. I highly recommend Richmond Dental for all of your dental needs.
