We had been patients of this office for 1.5 years and will never return. The dentists did work on our (minor) daughter that we did not consent to. We brought her in for one filling and they ended up treating three teeth. Two of these teeth already had had the work done! They had asked that I wait in the waiting room so I was unable to stop them from the unnecessary work. I would have appreciated the dentist consulting me first. These guys truly put the patient's needs first. I would highly recommend Kowal and Macilwaine to anyone who is looking for a highly skilled dentist with a caring nature. Plus their staff is awesome. Have been a very happy patient for a number of years.
