Visiting from out of town I had a crown pop off, called around and couldn’t really find help. Then I called Richmond Dental where a sympathetic receptionist got me in quickly. The staff were really pleasant and accommodating, the Dentist took his time and explained everything and did a great job.
I recently had an appointment for teeth cleaning done by Charife. She was very friendly and efficient. The following week, I had another appointment to have an old filling replaced; Dr Chen and his assistant, Jennifer were great.
Good service very nice and polite staff
I have been here 2 times now. Today dr. Chen and Maggie the assistant removed a tooth i broke. Painless and done in under 20 min. Great place as we all hate going to the dentist I'll be returning with more stuff to be done. Best 5 star I've ever given. Good job to you all.
I haven’t been to the dentist in like 10 years… you can imagine the work I need. I’m very grateful for how lovely they were and didn’t make me feel bad whatsoever. I am a happy new client.
