I waited until my services were fully complete before writing this review. This place can get only 1 star out of me. The first appointment I had was at the hillside location. My appointment was at 2pm and I was not seen until almost 4:30. The assistant who came to clean my teeth was VERY rude after I explained to her that I had a hole in my tooth and was in a lot of pain. I would give ZERO stars if I could. My visit to this office was a nightmare from start to finish. First, let's talk about Stephanie, the receptionist. She was incredibly passive-aggressive and unprofessional. While I was waiting to be seen, I actually witnessed her leave another patient on hold for an absurdly long time. I’ve never been more frustrated or disrespected at a medical office in my life. The front desk staff at 102-32 Jamaica Avenue Dental, specifically Stephanie, is the definition of unprofessional and incompetent. She has absolutely no business working in a healthcare setting.
