5 stars in my book! They were the only company who went out of their way at the last minute to transport my uncle from Staten Island to the Bronx the day before Thanksgiving during grid lock. Thank you Mr. Bruce and Mr. Bobby & the driver. We really appreciate it!
I can only speak to the early 1970's when I worked for Richmond County Ambulance. The owner then was Tommy Shields, a great guy who had to deal with his ragtag emt's and drivers. We drove poor Tommy crazy, lol!!! But we did what was right at night taking low income patients to the hospital while our only competition would stand around waiting for cash.
