I met with Dr. Young and he was incredibly helpful. He had of a ton of expertise, provided excellent guidance, and made a very significant positive impact on my mental health. In addition, he was fun and engaging and told great stories. I 100% recommend.
I have been primarily seeing Dr. Young via telehealth since 2022. I have however, had in person sessions at the Richmond location as well. Dr. Young is very thoughtful and caring. He has helped me make a great deal of progress. He is very knowledgeable and even helps me coordinate proper care with other providers.
