Working with Wesley and Richmond car and truck center was the best buying experience i have had in my 35 years of buying vehicles. In fact this is the first time I have ever written a review. That's how strongly I feel about the whole experience, the no pressure sales, the courtesy, the respect, and the just flat out Christian attitude of not just Wesley but of everyone in the store. I will be taking customers to him as long as they are there.
This is the second time I have done business at RCTC, and plan to go back every time I am purchasing a vehicle! Wes was so knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions we had, and patient with my daughter (who was a first time car buyer) and I am so very grateful!!! Great experience in doing business with this company. Collin, Anthony, Tyler, and Josh are all great guys. They really helped my wife and I out when we had to buy two vehicles. They really made it work for us while putting us in vehicles we both love all while giving us top dollar for our trade. I’ve bought three vehicles from this company and we will be doing more business in the future.
Collin was great and very transparent. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership and have a baby at home and he done all the negotiating with the managers for me and relayed responses back to me via call and text. After a deal was made the paper work process was extremely easy and being able to do it completely thru docusign made everything so much easier.
