To whom it may concern: Yesterday I had an interaction that deserves special mention! I needed advice on how to fix a torn seat in my BMW and also select new tires. This was my first time purchasing from BMW of Midlothian, and the process felt welcoming, transparent, and comfortable from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was warm and friendly, and the dealership had a genuine family feel. Not sure what happened to my previous review? Maybe it was taken down?I have never been so disappointed with a service My car was towed 3 times for the same issue.All I did was pay double Money for the same issue with Koontz telling me what the car needed with no improvement- without anyone looking into it further.
