I have purchased many cars from dealerships for over 40 years, and my last purchase was a BMW 335I convertible. I must say that I have high expectations, especially in the customer service fields, and at times have been very disappointed. My experience at BMW of Midlothian was totally positive from Sales, Accounting, and an amazing Techie. Out of all the car purchases, BMW of Midlothian has the highest rating by me. It was surprising to find such a positive and fun experience with my purchase.
