After more than a decade of positive experiences with BMW, I never expected one unresolved issue with our new 2025 X7 to ultimately cause our family to leave the brand. We purchased our X7 through BMW of Midlothian and had an excellent experience. I genuinely loved the vehicle. Staff was beyond friendly, courteous, and overall welcoming which made my car buying experience so much more enjoyable than I anticipated. I left there knowing of if I needed anything in the future it wouldn’t be an awkward phone call or visit. Even plan to stop by for a visit just to say hi! Definitely recommend Alex and his team!
