Fun to see the staff again, they helped me to get the car that's right for me at this time, they made sure my lease transaction was smooth and efficient, and they have been been excellent following up to make sure my new car is operating at peak quality. The service department is 2nd to no other auto dealership. They make sure my car is kept at optimal performance.
I came in earlier today to ask about getting my tires inflated to OEM spec. I went to the Service Advisor area, stood there for 6 or 7 minutes while there were 3 advisors (4 but she was actively helping a customer) that were on the computer/tablet and never said anything to me. I understand if they were finishing orders but they never even acknowledged my presence. The guy at the first desk was maybe 10 feet from me and they all saw me standing there.
