Went in for a recall. Very easy and they value customer support more than most places.
Hands down best shop to bring your bmw too.

She provided great customer service, kept me updated on the progress of my vehicles service, notified me of unexpected things and the cost to resolve them. My vehicle was serviced and returned in a timely manner. Tim (finance representative) and Brandon (salesperson) were all exceptional. Very professional and helpful

Set up an appointment specifically to test drive a car. Arrived and the salesperson wasn't there but was due in for another hour. After having a different sales person help me, the car I was to test drive was not even available at the dealership!
