Service was fine but I paid for an oil change program for my 2013 x5 and last time we took it in they said 10K miles was when it will be done. We called to verify this time and when I went to approve work I was told Dec 2025 or 15k miles. I asked what was the catch when I purchased this deal. Now I know. 15k seems very long to change the oil in a 12 yr old car. Buyer beware. BMW keeps changing the rules.
Enjoyed my experience with Aaron, Kirk, and Jerry. They did a fantastic job putting up with my questions and specific interest. They made me feel heard and played no games. They were honest and nothing like what I experienced at some of the other dealerships. Purchased a BMW X5
