One of your drivers almost backed into my truck. He had just walked by my car not even 2 seconds before and he didnt even attempt to apologize. Other than that, friendly, fast service. Update 2026. This located just makes me smh. You would think they would do better. Service is mostly incompetent. Very!
Very nice experience. Came in with an oil leak and it was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Service advisor, Scott, was an excellent communicator and was able to handle my issue with professionalism. He went above and beyond and worked with another service team from the dealer who originally sold me the car to handle the repair under warranty. He even saved the removed parts to show me the method of failure when I picked up the car. Highly recommended.
First of all this is ridiculous how I brought my 2009 bmw 328xi in here for 3 recalls perfectly fine with no oil leaks or transmission leaks or anything . None of my hoses in my engine bay was loose ,everything in contact prior to bringing my car for service on Jan 28 . Now let me start off saying yes the car is old but everything was working fine . Service advisor Tim does a really good job. He will listen to you and make suggestions and works hard to get your vehicle fixed. Only gave them four stars because I had to wait a month for a loaner car. That’s not acceptable when you have a repair issue that needs to be handled. you need more loaner cars?
I purchased a BMW X7 from BMW of Midlothian, and my experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful. My temporary tag expired on December 15, and despite repeated assurances from the dealership that my permanent license plates would be delivered overnight, I still have not received them. It has now been several days past expiration with no plates, no tracking information, and no temporary extension, leaving me unable to legally drive the vehicle I paid for.
