The staff was very efficient and explained things very clearly-I had a checkup for my cat to be sure there are no issues
Dr Neal is always caring and compassionate, making my dog feel less anxious. She also personally calls with test results and questions.
We've been going to Dr. Jeb Mortimer for around 26 years! We appreciate his sound recommendations and always trust his counsel. He seems to keep up on the latest studies in veterinarian science too. He also isn't one to over test or suggest procedures unless they are absolutely necessary. Dr. Mortimer is friendly and engaging as well...so as you can see we're big fans! When Dr. Mortimer isn't available we've also been impressed with the other vets we've occasionally seen at one of their five locations.
Richmond Beach Animal Hospital staff are professional, friendly, and its clear they care for my cat even from the first visit. The office is spotless, my cat was very comfortable being there, so were the other animals in the lobby. All were relaxed and tails wagging. I'm glad to be a client here. It's worth the drive.
They were very attentive and caring.
