always leave this gym feeling mentally and physically fresh. The environment is incredibly cooperative—members actually re-rack their weights and respect each other's space. There’s a great 'good gym karma' vibe here that makes it easy to stay motivated. If you’re looking for a supportive community rather than just a place to lift, this is it.
Overpriced and nasty, If you’re gonna make people pay almost $40 a month at least have paper towels so people can dry their hands and a semi clean bathroom that doesn’t stink. Also a place to get some water would be nice. Other than that the gym is legit, several retro machines and a decent free weight section.
I’ve been attending a new gym in Richmond, and my experience has been quite positive. When I first moved to the area, I visited the facility but was initially put off by the sanitation standards. However, after learning about the new ownership, I decided to give it another chance and signed up. I’m very pleased with the decision.
