We have had a number of problems with our Richmond home. We are currently dealing with a flooded basement that happened after Richmond started developing the land behind our home. They are claiming no responsibility.
I would never buy a new house from Richmond ( I live in a Richmond in backcountry) their lack of planning has caused huge drainage issues and flooded basements for numerous residents. We have spent thousands fixing the issues they disowned
Maintenance on the tile roofs will be difficult, as they didn't leave safety clips in.
