This home builder is pathetic. I bought a home from them in the Scots Pine community and nothing has worked from day one. DO NOT accept the house until every little item has been completed. I knew they were a low end home builder but I have seen the favelas in Brazil that have better condition's. House will flood and they will not replace the items that are necessary for it to be in safe living conditions. I bought a Richmond home with all of my life savings. They promised if anything wasnt right with the house after closing their warranty program would take care of it.
