i worked for Johnson controls in clanton, AL it really wasn't a bad job but the management is awful. One supervisor if you didn't flirt and let him touch you inapropietly then he made your day a living hell. and the manager over him is to afraid to say anything to him even when he is in the wrong. We just moved and of course purchased a new system for the new home and took us a while to get it working but we never lost help. Great technicians and great service
I was working at this company on Bryan Dairy in Pinellas Park, Florida. There are bad supervisors, leader, for example leader Phi Vo. He get gather some coworker who will follow or obey him if not they will not stay long in factory. If you obey him, he give you more over time even you don't need to work hard. must have an idiot of shipping manager! How can you load drop trailers while you have drivers waiting to live load. Obviously this idiot of a manager has not understand DOT hours of service.
Johnson's controls is out of line facility that has no concern for there employees nor the environment!!!I've been on the inside and observed there ways of production and I find that they are like mosquito's for money and care for absolutely nothing but the sent,metaphorically speaking money is there sweet addiction.ridiculous hours hard labor bitchy bosses and ridiculous saftey precautions.
