Attention everyone, early of this month I parked my vehicle here ONLY One Time. I paid and got a receipt for $10. But I checked my credit card transaction in the same day. Impark charged me multiple times; 2 times $20, 3 times $15 and 5 times $10. Total is $135. I called and emailed Impark Senior Manager of this location several times for refunding, here what he replied to my email. " You won’t be getting any refund from impark. Always sneak in extra charges. Their poster does not reflect accurate time stamps + stupid add ons. Security guard has no idea what is going on and can’t communicate. Overpriced too. Don’t park here
