Please drop the charges against Shona Banda. Prosecuting her does not serve a greater good, in fact it is a gross injustice. This country is finally starting to move forward with a more rational way of thinking towards non-violent drug crime and marijuana in particular, especially given that it is a proven medical treatment. Number 1. Be thankful that you do not need a pain management protocol. Number 2. In that thankfulness learn empathy and compassion for those that do need that pain management protocol. Number 3. Learn from your mistakes. What is being done to Shona is wrong, this wrong should be corrected.

Ruining a woman and a child's life over having possession of a plant? Seems like there should be better things to do with your day than this. Maybe you should consider a new line of work because you obviously don't have the framework of prioritizing crimes built into you. It's sad that our court system allows this.
I have to give this attorney a one view rating. However I didn't want to. She has a choice in what type of cases she wants to take and she chose to help send a innocent person who has an illness and take her child away. Because she chose to medicate with a naturally growing plant. The Tylenol or ibuprofen she has sitting in her home or office is more dangerous.
