Horrible experience with the secretary Robin. She screamed at me on the phone without cause, screamed Good bye, and hung up. How am I supposed to get my issue resolved? I emailed her to have a supervisor reach me, but it does not seem like that will happen.
Trying to talk to your secretary, Robin, and she handles a very calm call (no cursing, no yelling) where I am trying to communicate - by screaming into the phone, screaming good bye, and hanging up on me. Why on earth would you hire a person that acts like this? that is so horribly rude? Now, she is refusing to answer the phone. This is unbelievable service.
If you want a home that looks beautiful but have a terrible time heating and cooling. Look no further thank Richmar/ DeSousa Brown. They’ll take your money and won’t fix your issues.
