The attached picture is how they speak to their customers. It was time to do a one year service repair maintenance work, I was a couple days late but according to them I was a month late. She said we were told at closing that it needed to be turned in a month before the one year mark. We were never told that and neither were other neighbors I spoke to. I bought a 2 year old Richmar Builders home in Meadow Lanes Farm in Lebanon in September and on March 22nd I noticed a small leak in the ceiling by a bedroom. I contacted Richmar and they told me that there is no warranty on the roof after one year with the exception of the shingles and any structural issues. I called a local roofer and his inspection revealed that the flashing around all of the exhaust pipes was attached using a standard nail and not roofing nails causing the leak. Horrible experience with the secretary Robin. She screamed at me on the phone without cause, screamed Good bye, and hung up. How am I supposed to get my issue resolved? I emailed her to have a supervisor reach me, but it does not seem like that will happen.
Trying to talk to your secretary, Robin, and she handles a very calm call (no cursing, no yelling) where I am trying to communicate - by screaming into the phone, screaming good bye, and hanging up on me. Why on earth would you hire a person that acts like this? that is so horribly rude? Now, she is refusing to answer the phone. This is unbelievable service.
If you want a home that looks beautiful but have a terrible time heating and cooling. Look no further thank Richmar/ DeSousa Brown. They’ll take your money and won’t fix your issues.
