They're overcharging people and refuses to rent to low in come section 8 applicants setting the income barrier so high to prevent them from qualifying to lease the apartments shown. They also told me that they were not taking VASH Veterans too. 20% of the building must be rented to low and Income applicants it's the law.
Aurora is a great place to live. Staff is awesome, special thanks to Ricky for all of his help.
I have lived at The Parcs at White Rock since March of 2017! The Manager, Melanie, is awesome and goes above and beyond to care for her residents and the property. The leasing staff- Patrick and Myra- just to name a few - are always super friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff always address any concerns as soon as they come up.
