RecommendedThey have always taken care of all my vehicles including my small RV. I think their prices are fair and less than dealerships. And I get my appts. within days.

Richlons Sucks. They did a terrible job explaining what was actually happening. Rude as well. I had to get new tires for my car. They wouldn’t let me use my triple A discount or any other coupons. Tires are expensive and I couldn’t use a little discount. Or there were not coupons I could use?? They already make a lot of money and I felt like I got ripped off. I will not be coming back WAY to expensive!! Do not go here. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I was at the Waukesha location today (Friday) during the lunch hour for emissions testing. I WAS BLOWN AWAY AT THE PHENOMENAL SET UP they have. Tires set up with signs guided the emissions customers to a specific line where you waited for your turn. I had anticipated wearing my mask while sitting in the lobby, but they had a table and two chairs set up in the shade for the customer to wait in the fresh air while the tech completed the testing. I have never had such a great experience getting my emissions tested.

I was only there for emissions test but the staff is very friendly.
Fast service, polite customer service.
I was very pleased with the friendly service Jim provided me when I ran over a big screw. He ordered a match and got me in quickly to replace the tire. I recommend them for tires, brakes and shocks. DAN D
Today after more than 15 years of being a loyal customer I will never go back. I had a slow leak in a tire I bought from Richlonn's so I took it in to have it looked at. I was turned away and told they could look at it later in the week if I could leave my car. Looking for a new place, any ideas?
I buy my tires there because The service is excellent I have had no problems with their facility in the past, I have bought tires for both of my cars and no problems.
