Dr. Richless and Jay (the PA) are kind and don’t beat around the bush. Some people can’t take that. But all in all they are great physicians! Would recommend!
Always accepting new patients and available for patients of any age. After hearing mixed reviews I've come to know the physician and his staff to be available and responsive at a moment' notice for everything from urgent appointments to referrals and refills. There is an equally pleasant and up-to-date PA available when the physician is not and the receptionist/secretary/nurse is always prompt and incredibly easy to deal with. My daughter went in for a hair follicle drug testing for employment. Meagan cut her hair and left a 1 1/2 inch bald spot on the top of her head! I highly recommend that you have testing of this kind done at another location!
