I had a wonderful experience at Richlen & Sons. When I called to inquire about brake work, the person on the phone was very helpful and informative and got me estimated quotes, they got me in within a week, and had the job done within 2.5 hours. They were very honest with me and gave me a wayyyy better price than I was quoted elsewhere. I feel very confident referring everyone I know to get their auto care done here! Thank you so much!

On Feb 13th, the snow caught my car and I hit a wall. My car was driving all sorts of weird! I was recommended to go to this shop, but was worried for the worst. On the 14th in the morning, I walked in and explained the situation, and couldn't have been more pleased with the team and service. (I was having a rough day and was nearly in tears! ) Not only were they able to fit me in, but they were able to fix the bent rod to my wheel and allign my steering. They left me feeling so relieved, and I can't wait to go back to them ... read more
