Today was my first time having service done at Richland Tire Factory. I needed an alignment done and they had the soonest availability out of all the places I contacted. I waited in their lobby and they were done in less than an hour. They had good customer service, communication, and documentation of the service completed.
I took my new 2023 Honda to the shop for safety inspection, oil change and tire pressure check. Easy to make appointment and has very clean office for sitting and waiting. Staffs in front desk are very friendly. The only thing not my liking is the mechanic who sent the car back had unbelievable dirty T shirt on him, not uniform. Even though it is inevitably being dirty as a mechanic but he did not look like licensed mechanic to me. I guessed he was struggling to do his jobs, the dirtier he is, the worse at the job.
