Simple and easy. I don't know if it has changed since the other reviews on this page, but your gate code and unit number are provided to you via email and in a document on the website. I did not need to contact anyone about it and I had no trouble getting to the unit.

I attempted to rent a storage unit on a Sunday. I needed to store items from my recently deceases father and was working under a tight timeline. Unfortunately, I decided to rent from Richland Self Storage. Their website is great for getting payment, however, there is nothing about how to access your paid for unit. I've had a lot of storage lockers/units over the years. I think I'm pretty familiar with the norms of how they work. I suppose this place deserves a little credit for picking up the phone - more than some other places can manage - but the conversation I had with the woman who answered was frustrating and insulting. The website asks you to create a gate code, but they have no gate. Only an idiot would be confused, right? No. Also - no gate??
