Simple and easy. I don't know if it has changed since the other reviews on this page, but your gate code and unit number are provided to you via email and in a document on the website. I did not need to contact anyone about it and I had no trouble getting to the unit.
I attempted to rent a storage unit on a Sunday. I needed to store items from my recently deceases father and was working under a tight timeline. Unfortunately, I decided to rent from Richland Self Storage. Their website is great for getting payment, however, there is nothing about how to access your paid for unit.
