Clean, comfortable pillows and mattress
Mr. Ravi patel provide me with great service. He really did want the extra mile with my check in process. He made me feel welcome and right at home. Was one of my most best experiences of the New Year at this location. Thanks so much Mr. Ravi for a positive experience during my stay.
Checked in at almost midnight on 01/04/26. The guy running the desk was so polite. We were so tired and just wanted to get sleep, we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. He was friendly and made us feel welcomed. The rooms were what you would expect but super clean. Nothing extra fancy, older paint, but felt like you could eat off the floor they were so clean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy, truly exceptional service. The room was spacious, spotless, and had great lighting, making it a very pleasant environment. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the free continental breakfast. After their remodel, this hotel truly deserves top marks for quality and comfort; highly recommended for anyone visiting Pulaski!
