Rough condition with bugs and untrustworthy staff and management. BEWARE
To whom this may concern, I not sure where to start so I am hoping you can help. My family stayed at Richland Inn Columbia. I have tried reaching out to them several times about our stay and there are not answering. Our stay there was horrible, and we tried getting some kind of a refund. We stayed in two of the rooms and they were so bad we slept in our clothes. We asked for another room. He said they didn't have any. We was late at night and all the motels in the area were full.
