I went into the ER with the stomach flu and severe dehydration, and in hindsight, I was treated terribly by the doctor. The place was freezing, and little was done to accommodate me. I normally don’t write reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences of my life. An absolute joke. Next time, I’d rather take my chances being driven to another hospital than come here.
This review is for Dr. Claire Fletcher, who is newer to the Richland Center clinic. I choose to see her because she has experience with women's hormone health and she is outstanding! Dr. Fletcher asked great questions, spent extra time listening to me, and started a protocol to help with my symptoms (with the concept that we can alter and adjust over time). I have a phbotomy every month. The staff at The Kraemer Center are awesome They take extremely good care of me. Thank you, Michele and Amy and everyone else.
0 I literally had to transfer midwife’s because they only have the one and she never returned my calls I was having very bad dizzy spells while pregnant tried contacting her multiple times with no answer. This hospital is not even worth it I don’t understand how it is still running. When my other doctor requested their files I sat in her office for 2 hours waiting for them to send over my labs they still were not sent they also did not mention my iron levels were very low. Dr. Pusateri is amazing in the emergency department. He is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. My family has had him a few times and has been very consistent with his exceptional care.
