Cassie, an exceptionally professional representative of RIchland Health Pharmacy, recently helped me with a new. prescription I needed filled. It was my first experience with the company. She was pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in helping me make the right decision. I wish I had Richland as my provider instead of the big, unnamed chain I have through my health insurance. Great pharmacy. Call the number and get a real person quickly. Spoke with Vinny who was very helpful and conversational and walked me through each step to have my prescription delivered along with timelines and realistic expectations.
