This was absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with a doctors office. The worst experience I’ve ever had with any business PERIOD. I went to Crystal Deno and she is the absolute most careless, rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and incompetent person I have ever met in my life. She missed two online video appointments that I had scheduled. I called the office and emailed her multiple times and no one ever got back with me. Robin Strahl and her team have been nothing short of amazing for our family. From Karen the receptionist, the nurses and the doctors, we have been treated with the utmost respect and the best care. We appreciated the care we received from them in the past years! We are truly going to miss them as we have moved to another state. Thank you for being everything you are!
