Richland Dental Center has been a great experience for me! I had a broken tooth and they got me in quickly and were very personable, professional, and thorough. I will be making them my forever dentist.
Extremely disappointing experience with their newest employee, Maizy. I called hoping to get connected with the office manager, and instead was treated with complete disrespect. The person on the phone refused to transfer me, then abruptly hung up without saying a word. When I called back to try again, she pretended not to understand English and switched to broken Spanish in a way that felt dismissive rather than helpful. Great experience
This may be more like a spa that does some dental shit. This folks are nice, courteous, informative, pleasant. They give you plenty of breaks when they are elbow deep in your face. They had good music, there was a new patient welcome gift, comfortable environment. It’s as pleasant an experience as you can have at a dentist.
