First, if you have any kind of insurance, I strongly advise against dealing with this company. They will charge you upfront, but when it comes to reimbursing you, they will be unhelpful and rude if you try to follow up on the issue. I recently tried to follow up on a claim, politely asking if they knew what was going on. They responded that they had no idea they were covered by my insurance for my phone at the moment and would let me know if they found any information. so we provided it and was told everything would be submitted. Week two, they were on vacation; week three, they said again they needed the numbers and that it was not submitted yet. So again, we are trying to be understanding; we give them all of the info over again. Now we are week 4 to believe, and this was the last straw. Richland Dental Center has been a great experience for me! I had a broken tooth and they got me in quickly and were very personable, professional, and thorough. I will be making them my forever dentist.

Extremely disappointing experience with their newest employee, Maizy. I called hoping to get connected with the office manager, and instead was treated with complete disrespect. The person on the phone refused to transfer me, then abruptly hung up without saying a word. When I called back to try again, she pretended not to understand English and switched to broken Spanish in a way that felt dismissive rather than helpful.
