This may be more like a spa that does some dental shit. This folks are nice, courteous, informative, pleasant. They give you plenty of breaks when they are elbow deep in your face. They had good music, there was a new patient welcome gift, comfortable environment. It’s as pleasant an experience as you can have at a dentist.
Dr. Thornock and his team is amazing! I established care today and had an absolute blast at my visit. Thank you for the gift! Such a nice touch. The communication, professionalism and care was so far outstanding. Can't wait for my next appointment and that's not easy to say in dentistry! Thank you all!
Definitely the best dentist in the Tri-Cities! The office is full of welcoming and lively intellectual people. Safe and secure! I've had two fantastic visits! I have received a thorough cleaning with a tool that helped break build-up along my gum lines from not flossing. It was extremely needed. The second visit was to put composite on my two front teeth. I have never had a more pleasant dental experience. Everyone was so kind. The dentist was awesome. I hate getting numbing; I typically do the laughing gas. Didn't need it! Heck yeah. I will be bringing my kids and refer anyone I know.
Deana was great, letting me know how much money i left from insurance to help in scheduling dental work. Jaime my dental hygienist was very thourough and welcoming.
