Dr. Eli Thornock and his staff are absolutely amazing! My go to dental assistant is Jamie as she is very gentle, which I really appreciate with my sensitive teeth. They are informative and helpful without any sales pressure or guilt trips. Richland Dental Center doesn’t run as an assembly line and staff takes time with their patients. The office is also quiet so there’s no overstimulation.

Richland Dental Center got me in same day when my permanent retainer broke. They are amazing, I was lucky they were the first place that could take me...because they ended up becoming my dentist! Everyone from the front desk, to my hygienist to Dr. Eli is wonderful. If you are someone who is hesitant about going to the dentist, you will be really well taken care of here.
I’ve been coming here for 25+ years with excellent service. Dr. And staff are the friendliest and accommodating even fixing a cracked front tooth in short time for me to make it on my vacation. Ps: sure do miss receptionist Sandy.
