I am taxed exempt due to military disability and this office has been taking my escrow money for the past 3 years no notification at all of a refund how many other vets are going through this??????
The customer representative was very helpful and polite. I asked several questions and she was very patient and provided the information that I needed.
Workers had a great attitude and worked quickly to address my concerns. I've never been here before and everyone from the security guard to the workers at the treasury and auditor side were great. They were quick to find out what I needed and maintained a positive attitude throughout thr interactions had. I would definitely come to this location again over others, their customer service was great.
