Beautiful vehicles and the staff was friendly, however, the salesmen wasn't very helpful. He told us he could help us make something happen then didn't bother calling us to let us know what was going on, we had to keep emailing him. By the end of it, it seemed he was more about putting money in his pocket then helping anyone. If your buying a car for the 1st time, I dont know I'd recommend them.

After a routine oil change, my vehicle suffered a severe oil leak. The dealer insisted it was only a bad water pump and claimed they “found no oil” — yet after their repair, I found an oil-soaked rag left in my engine bay. This strongly suggests they overfilled the oil, causing excessive pressure and forcing it out. Sloppy, unsafe, and dishonest. To make matters worse, I now have new electrical problems. Get a second opinion before trusting this service department — or better yet, don’t trust them at all.

Do not use their service dpt. I have an extended contract. My front light and blinker went out. I was told to bring in the contract and the car. They would order the part. So I take my jeep in to order the part and all of a sudden I have to leave the jeep there while waiting for the part. Exact opposite of what I was told yesterday. I will use Ruidoso Jeep for all my service. I will never buy a car from Richland ever.
