It's a newer storage place. Prices seem reasonable to me. I can pay online.
Our storage unit was broke into along with 7 other units. They never called anyone!!! My unit sat for 3 weeks with no lock. They take no responsibility for anything. They put it off on the police dept. I found out because I stopped by to get something. All we got is "I'm sorry". They take no responsibility and don't care at all. I see you responded but I can't. Seriously. It's not worth it. 24 hr access and the discount don't excuse that they dont run the heat or A/C even though it's advertised as "climate controlled" (there's a lame excuse in the contract) and they lock the bathrooms?! Why? You need a code to get through the gate! No one is walking in off the street! I will say, customer service is generally very nice, but it is evident the owner is not in the area...and by that I mean the country. Which isn't a big deal, unless you care about OUR economy.
