I honestly cannot recommend 360 Automotive enough. I was having issues with my Toyota Highlander having random alarms. It was a problem I definitely needed fixed because it would alarm randomly and even in the middle of the night (neighbors probably weren't too happy). Whenever I go to a regular mechanic, if they can't fix the problem they recommend that I go to the dealer. So I figured why not cut out the middle-man and go straight to Toyota. Huge mistake. 10/10 great people working there. The guy I saw, I think the owner, helped get my hood open when it was stuck for months free of charge. Super nice and funny and explained the issue in simple enough details that were easy to understand. Will be recommending this place to friends, family and coworkers
When no one wanted to touched my fresh tuned engine swap with lots of fun mods car that had a battery n dlr light; they were more than willing and had it fixed up fast. Also helps with shuttle great customer service as well
I had headlight adjustment issues with my 1998 Expedition. One light was looking for raccoons on the ground. The other was looking for eagles and owls on the power poles. I called early and they were able to fit me in after my appointments. I am grateful for the service and the fact they were able to do it in the same day. Very nice guys and from what I could see, very professional and experienced shop.
