RecommendedWe switched from another vet in the area to Richland. We have NOT been disappointed! They are amazing! Their staff is great! We have two labs that had an unplanned litter of 11 pups! We have done everything possible for these pups. But in their 10th week one got parvo cieus and then another got it as well. Richland has been great! Dr. Knox is so wonderful to work with! She is friendly, knowledgable, and trustworthy! We always feel safe to ask any questions and she is happy to answer them. We never feel pressured to buy into anything and we can trust that her recommendations are in our cats’ best interest. It’s clear that she loves animals and truly cares about every pet!
Everyone was awesome, especially the vet tech and the vet. They worked hard to keep my dog happy and comfortable which meant the world to me!
We had to put our very sick cat down today and I cannot put into words how incredibly professional and compassionate the staff was...from the receptionist to the vet techs to the vet...they were all the best. I am going to be moving all of our other pets to Richland for their care. Thank you all for being there for our fur baby and me today. 💕
Dr. Mueller was very friendly and thorough with Odie. She took the time to explain what she thought was happening and why she chose certain medications. She was also very down-to-earth, with her love for dogs showing through. I have previously worked at a vet’s office for 4 years and my sister is a vet, so I am picky about the service I receive. I would highly recommend her for anyone who wants an informative, friendly veterinarian who takes your pet’s health issues seriously.
This clinic has been in the West Nashville area for a long time. It’s well established, run efficiently, and the front staff are welcoming and friendly. I currently take my cat in for annual check ups and Dr. Knox is personable and takes great care of my cat, Domino.
