I want to give a specific shoutout to Brad for being an outstanding technician. I had an issue with the heat not maintaining on colder days. After issues with the company our home warranty assigned to us, I reached out to Richie’s HVAC who sent a technician same day. Company was extremely responsive. I had my issue fixed within three hours of my initial call. The technician was a good guy. He gave me useful information for maintaining my unit. The pricing, however, is a little steep imo. Good company overall.
ABSOLUTE AMAZING! Hands down. Choose THIS company for ALL your HVAC needs! My air conditioner unit was frozen. Ritchie's had a tech on site the same day when others were weeks out. Brad (OUTSTANDING technician), discovered the problem within 15 minutes of being on site. Answered all my questions and explained it at a level that a basic homeowner would understand. The air conditioning technician was extremely professional when he stopped by late Friday afternoon. I contacted the office around 3:30 PM on Friday, and by 4:30 PM he was already in the driveway ready to troubleshoot and determine why my air conditioner was not cooling. In less than an hour, he was able to diagnose the issue, explain the situation clearly, and provide a final solution. Cam was our Specialist that came out and serviced us. He was a comforting and friendly personality that was helpful and thorough. He was customer friendly and didnt make us feel uncomfortable when we were ready to get information for the sale of a unit. I appreciated the knowledge for learning and fixing things we were doing wrong causing extra strain on the current unit.
