Got a quote for a full heat pump replacement in December. Decided to hope the old system didn’t die. This morning (a month later), it was in its death throes and I called them. About 9 hours later the job was done. The crew was fast, competent, respectful, and even left my house cleaner than when they got here. Would recommend to a friend.
Brad was quick to call and let me know his ETA. Quickly diagnosed my problem, and had it fixed in no time. Highly recomend
I am late with this review. In September I had a problem with my AC at my home on North Topsail Beach. I am so glad I called this company. It started with the phone being answered when I called, rather than getting a recording. The woman I spoke with was friendly and got me scheduled right away. The technician, Brad, showed up on time. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me tips on things to check if I had problems in the future. The price for the service was very reasonable. Brad and Cam came out on short notice. Show me what the problem was, fixed it and they didn't make a mess.
So my regular HVAC guy was unavailable. My husband called Richie's. They were punctual and thats about the only thing I can say positive. I'd leave 0 stars if I could. The guy shows up at 3:30pm and takes about 30 minutes to diagnose the issue. He said I need a new circuit board and it's going to total $800 even(seems like a made up number right?)
