So my regular HVAC guy was unavailable. My husband called Richie's. They were punctual and thats about the only thing I can say positive. I'd leave 0 stars if I could. The guy shows up at 3:30pm and takes about 30 minutes to diagnose the issue. He said I need a new circuit board and it's going to total $800 even(seems like a made up number right?) They answer the phone very quickly, and came for an emergency repair. Nice people and great service! Trustful people and they know what they are talking about.
Chad was absolutely amazing. He was out here within 20 minutes of me calling, and had me back up and working within an hour. Richie’s hvac and Chad will be my go-to people for all my HVAC needs.
Cannot praise them enough! I called and they arrived that very day and customer service was amazing!
