We had an excellent experience with Cam! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. ABSOLUTE AMAZING! Hands down. Choose THIS company for ALL your HVAC needs! My air conditioner unit was frozen. Ritchie's had a tech on site the same day when others were weeks out. Brad (OUTSTANDING technician), discovered the problem within 15 minutes of being on site. Answered all my questions and explained it at a level that a basic homeowner would understand. Honestly, this was an amazing experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Cam. He was my technician working on my AC. I had my AC blown out for about two days. It was extremely hot. My house was up to 89 and I have a four month old baby and they came super quick within a couple of hours. They were already here trying to fix it. The air conditioning technician was extremely professional when he stopped by late Friday afternoon. I contacted the office around 3:30 PM on Friday, and by 4:30 PM he was already in the driveway ready to troubleshoot and determine why my air conditioner was not cooling. In less than an hour, he was able to diagnose the issue, explain the situation clearly, and provide a final solution. Cam was the easiest HVAC technician I have ever dealt with. He was so quick to get us as soon as he had a cancellation. It is the week of 4 July and he was here at 9:30 making sure we had cold air. He was quick and efficient and clearly knew exactly what to do to get us up and running in less than an hour. HIGHLY recommend Cam.
