What a scam....skip town and no refund on pre-paid cards.
These people have stolen money from the good people of Fort Collins knowing they were closing. Lowest of the low. Have the nerve to put a fake sign out telling people how to get a refund when there is no such way. Will not do business with a company (Breeze way) that does business with this kind of people. Lowest of the low! This Facebook Page is probably fake!
I bought a "Plus" card and then Richie's shut down the car wash. Sign out front said go to website for refund. Went to website, emailed 5 times, called many. Stole my money.
This business will steal your money, close unexpectedly and leave you without recourse. The owners are clearly without any honor. Be wise and pay for your washes one at a time.

Love, love, love the boys at Richie's! They remember my requests so I don't have to ask everytime! I live out in Elbert, and drive dirt roads (meaning this time of year, my car is DIRTY), get muddy & they always take the time to get all the crud out of the wheel wells, off the back end and from inside the gas cap! Love them!
This is the first and the last time i wash my car in richie's carwash. The employee did scratch in my car when they try to loose the antenna in my car with the tool and act like they didn't do nothing. I will not recommended this place to anyone. Its a bad experience. Sorry to say the true.
Worst car wash ever, was told that it was too busy to thoroughly clean the mud off my vehicle from normal driving on county dirt roads. Oh and a slight bit of hay was in the bed from my animal feed, they MUST have that cleaned out next time. I paid with a coupon full price like all the other people in line, but was told that my truck wouldn't get clean.
