Ordering (and backordering parts), finding additional damage, etc., are all part of the process. That said, I still feel like you all did what you could to make the process as smooth as possible and I am satisfied with the people and with the repair. Thank you all!

Unfortunately iv had to use them 3 times due to 2 run ins with deer and 1 time someone ran into me but all 3 times I couldnât have been more pleased !! My whole family uses Richies and always will !!
