Excellent customer service, reasonably priced. I did an oil change and state inspection, it was completed promptly. Highly recommend!

I brought my car to Richie’s automotive and told them that it was making noises when I drive it and it I get up to 50 mph it starts shaking. They had it for a whole day and called me to say that my front tires just needed to be realigned and charged me $50 and sent me on my way. While driving the car the next day I heard the noise getting worse to I brought it over to Tuned Up in East Hanover. I have been taking my truck to Richie’s for a couple years now and they always do great work and have excellent customer service. We recently had an issue with my truck and they resolved it by doing what I believe was right for the customer. I can confidently say not many other shops or service centers would do what they did in helping me out. They secured my business moving forward.
