This maintenance crew is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I constantly have to watch where I step to avoid cat food and cat waist due to other tenants feeding the wild cats. I’ve bin here for 3 years and the wild cat population has exploded. I call maintenance to clean the cat food and waist from the sidewalks and it takes them days to do so witch leads to wasps and maggots all over the food. It’s disgusting. Nice place over all but not worth the headaches

Maria in the rental office is the perfect example of excellent customer service. I say this because she is the most courteous, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional administrative personnel. If i have a complaint, she always handles and takes care of whatever concern I have in a quick and timely manner.
They are keen on withholding security deposit funds for normal wear and tear. Be weary of this one. Lots of new rental properties popping up in the NJ area, go with something newer and you will have fewer problems.
Its ok to live its quite but not handicap accessible. People park in front of the stairs
