I live in Los Vientos apartments and it s a nice place to live. I enjoy the peacefulness of the neighbors. My family and I been living here since the inauguration of the apartment buildings( about 5 years ago) and we haven t complaint about anything. We got a nice lady manager who s always available to help.

Richfield is the worst place to live because they want you pay all this money for rent but dont want to do any work orders as they come in. And then they have people that work in the office that really dont act professional at all. Their either getto or just plain stupid. So I would not advise anyone to waste their time even thinking about moving there. Take it from me Ive lived out there before.
Moving to Richfield was the good move because i am getting more for my money. the rent is really reasonable and the utilities are cheap and my child loves the pool and the office people are nice. my child looks forward to getting her candy each time she goes to see the manager. and we havent had isses. my brother saide he didnt like how the outside of the apartment looks because he didntlike the apt under mine but i love it and i dont live outside i live inside so that is studp for him to say. richfield is more than i expect... read more
They are awful. I have been given the run around about my application for the past 2 1/2 weeks. They called and told me I was approved and then called me back a week later and told me that I wasnt because I needed more information to give to them. I wouldnt trust them nor trust the leasing agent Debra becuase she acts like she donesnt know anything. It all has to go through her manager.
I love these apartments, they are very cute and affordable, and a secure neighborhood.
